Ronin Arms LLC - Privacy Policy
The use and operation of this Website are governed by Wyoming law. Information collected is for customer communication and sales purposes and may be shared with third parties only to process your order with a specific vendor. Ronin Arms LLC maintains logs of website visits for statistical analysis to improve user experience but does not use this information to identify individual users or internet service providers. Email logs, including sender/receiver identification, date/time, and message content, are also maintained. Visitors can subscribe to newsletters or email notifications and can unsubscribe by emailing Ronin Arms LLC.
Ronin Arms LLC - Returns and Changes
Ronin Arms LLC handles returns on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
Accessory Returns: Only accepted for defects found immediately upon receipt and returned within 10 calendar days. Opened or installed accessories are not returnable. Most accessories have a manufacturer warranty, which should be contacted for post-installation issues. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns, and a 10% restocking fee may apply. Ammunition and ammo components are final sale and non-returnable. For scopes/optics with issues not immediately apparent, customers must work directly with the manufacturer.
New Firearm Returns (VERY IMPORTANT): Inspect firearms thoroughly before transfer. Once transferred, a new firearm is considered used and cannot be returned. FFL transfer fees are not reimbursed on returned items. For defects found after transfer, the firearm must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under their warranty. Ronin Arms LLC will provide a prepaid label if not covered by the manufacturer.
Used Firearm Returns: Customers have 10 calendar days from the transfer date to request a return for a full refund if the item is malfunctioning. Shipping arrangements are at Ronin Arms LLC's discretion. For items defective upon receipt, customers can choose a replacement (if available) or a full refund, and Ronin Arms LLC will cover return shipping and arrange pickup for firearms. Do not return packages to the address on the box without prior authorization.
NFA Item Cancellation Policy: Sale items are final and non-cancellable unless the transfer is denied. Once transfer paperwork is submitted to the ATF, cancellation is not permitted, and no refund will be issued. Ronin Arms LLC is not responsible for ATF processing delays. If a transfer is denied due to a failed FBI background check, a 100% refund will be issued. No refund will be issued for "Return without action" due to inconclusive FBI background checks, though Ronin Arms LLC can assist in resolving these. Cancellations must be requested in writing before transfer paperwork submission and within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 25% processing fee. All returns should be shipped to the provided Cheyenne, WY address.
Cerakote Lifetime Guarantee: Ronin Arms LLC guarantees its H-series (bake-on) Cerakote finish against cracking, chipping, peeling, and flaking for the lifetime of the item. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage, alteration, or abuse. If the coating fails under warranty, Ronin Arms LLC will refinish the item for free; return shipping is the customer's responsibility. This warranty applies only to Cerakote applied by Ronin Arms LLC.

Picking Up Items from Our Retail Store: Allow 4 business days for order processing before attempting pickup. You will receive an email when your order is ready (typically 4-7 business days). Wyoming sales tax (6%) will be charged for in-store pickups. Handguns cannot be picked up by non-Wyoming residents; they must be transferred to an FFL in your state. Rifles and shotguns may be picked up if legal in your state of residence.
Cancellation and Order Change Fees: A 10% cancellation fee may be charged for canceling or substituting products to maintain low prices and customer service.
Ronin Arms LLC - Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Firearms - FFLs and Transfer of Ownership: Ronin Arms LLC only transfers firearms to individuals or agencies with a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). Firearms cannot be shipped directly to non-FFL holders. Your purchased firearm will be shipped to your chosen licensed gun dealer (FFL) in your state.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure the firearm is legal to own in your state.
Contact the FFL dealer.
Complete all required paperwork upon pickup.
Be aware that your local FFL dealer will likely charge a transfer fee, which is your responsibility to pay to them. Ronin Arms LLC only collects sales tax for Wyoming residents. The buyer is responsible for having their transferring FFL send a copy of their license to [email protected].
Shipping: Firearms ship free, excluding long guns to AK, HI, and PR. Most accessory orders have a minimum $9 shipping charge. We combine shipping when possible, but additional fees ($5.00 increase in base shipping cost) may apply for accessories shipped from separate warehouses. Optional shipping insurance is available at $1 per $100 of the order value; Ronin Arms LLC is not responsible for uninsured lost or damaged items. Shipping charges can be previewed at checkout. Contact us for expedited shipping quotes (expedited shipping applies to transit time only, not processing time). We do not ship to PO Boxes. Firearm orders process and ship within 3-7 business days upon receipt of full payment and a valid FFL. Accessory orders typically ship within 3-5 business days of payment. Free UPS shipping is available for accessory orders totaling $199 or more. Handguns are shipped via 2-day UPS delivery. Higher shipping charges may apply to HI, AK, GU, VI, and PR.
